Our strong team of experts in raw materials consists of twelve highly qualified employees, some of whom have been with us successfully for over 30 years. We are a well-coordinated, colourful and harmonious team of young and old. Our experienced employees are happy to pass on their knowledge and experience to the younger employees. In this way, everyone in the team has a precise overview of the diverse processes of our work - this enables us to work closely together as well as support each other.

Our work is characterised by a high degree of freedom of action - also thanks to the flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths within the SPAETER Group. We place great emphasis on independent and responsible work. But apart from the work, what counts for us above all is the personal: In our team as well as at SPAETER in general, we cultivate a familiar, open and relaxed atmosphere - and this also applies to the cooperation with our customers and suppliers. Because we think: This makes work fun!

Our team has a concentrated load of expertise from many years of experience as well as continuous further training. Since a large part of our team has already worked in our clients' industries during their professional careers, we can say quite clearly: we know exactly what we are doing and what our clients need. To this end, we regularly attend trade fairs and conferences and take part in external and internal seminars and training courses.

The CARL SPAETER Group is a family business rich in tradition - and it will stay that way. With Irmhild Spaeter as shareholder, the company is now being successfully managed by the 5th generation.

For more than 140 years, the private and thus independent steel trading company has been supplying its customers with high quality and constant reliability in the focus on steel. Aluminium, stainless steel, plastics and raw materials, among others, round off the company's product mix. The group now consists of 16 independent companies as well as various sales offices that support and complement each other. One of them is us - SPAETER raw materials.
